SHIPPING
Delivery Address
- We do not modify delivery addresses. Orders are handed to the courier exactly as entered by the customer.
Processing & Delivery Times
- Orders placed before 1:00 PM are handed to the courier on the same day, during business days (Sunday to Thursday).
- Delivery within Riyadh: within 24 hours.
- Delivery within Saudi Arabia: 2 to 5 business days.
- Delivery outside Saudi Arabia: 2 to 8 business days.
- Delivery times are calculated from the moment the order is handed to the courier.
Courier Selection
- We reserve the right to change the shipping carrier when it is in the interest of the order, for example to speed up delivery.
After Shipment
- Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.
- Once shipped, the customer is responsible for following up with the courier to ensure timely receipt.
- If you do not receive a message with your tracking number, please contact us so we can provide it.
Delays & Compensation
- If a shipment is delayed due to the courier, we will provide compensation only if the delivery address is clear and complete.
- If the courier changes the delivery destination without the customer's consent and the shipment cannot be corrected within the specified time, the customer will be refunded the full shipping fee, provided the address is clear.
- If the shipment is not received within the specified delivery period, the customer must notify us within 3 business days through our official contact channels.
Lost Shipments
- If a shipment is permanently lost, we will bear full compensation for the order.
Returned Shipments
- If a shipment is returned to us, we will either resend it to the customer or provide compensation, only if the return was caused by the courier's negligence. Redirecting the shipment to a courier branch is not considered negligence.
- Any such issue will be resolved between the customer and the store within 3 business days.
- If the customer does not contact us within 3 business days, the store reserves the right to handle the shipment at its discretion.
